Talent acquisition specialist

At Robert Walters, we are looking for a driven, commercially minded Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment for our operations in the Netherlands. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, gets energy from stakeholder management and wants to make an impact on the growth of an international organisation. Experience at a recruitment agency is a strong plus, but not a requirement.

• Manage the full recruitment process from A to Z.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Proactively source, approach and attract talent through various channels.
• Promote direct hiring strategies and reduce reliance on external agencies.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Analyse recruitment data and market insights to advise stakeholders.
• Build talent pools for future recruitment needs.

• Around 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Commercial mindset and a proactive approach.
• Resilient, independent and results-oriented.
• Native speaker or full professional proficiency in Dutch (required).
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
