Business analyst

We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to transform data into strategic information that facilitates business decision-making. The selected person will participate in analyzing results, preparing dashboards, monitoring KPIs, and evaluating campaigns, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

• Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Looker Studio.
• Extract, transform, and analyze data using SQL, BigQuery, and Excel.
• Define and monitor KPIs to track business performance.
• Analyze campaigns and evaluate their results against established objectives.
• Translate analysis results into actionable conclusions and recommendations.
• Gather business requirements and collaborate with different teams to identify needs.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes through data analysis and automation.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to create prototypes and digital applications, integrating databases, backend, frontend, and APIs.
• Participate in Business Intelligence, digital transformation, and continuous improvement projects.

• Between 1 and 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or similar positions.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Looker Studio, SQL, BigQuery, and Excel.
• Experience preparing dashboards and reports and monitoring KPIs.
• Knowledge of business analysis and campaign results evaluation.
• Analytical ability, critical thinking, and a problem-solving orientation.
• Ability to interpret data and communicate conclusions clearly.
• Interest in artificial intelligence, automation, and the development of digital solutions.
• Proactive and organized, with a desire to learn in a dynamic environment.
