At Tulip Tech, we design and manufacture high-energy density battery systems and the software that controls them, for drones and electric aircraft. Our technology delivers 30–100% more flight time than standard systems and is already flying with customers such as Acecore and Avy.

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will own recruitment from A to Z while also helping shape how we hire. You will work closely with hiring managers and the Management Team, advise on recruitment strategy, challenge assumptions when needed, and continuously improve our approach.

This is a hands-on role with strategic impact: you will be both a recruiter and a business partner, helping Tulip Tech build the team we need for our next phase of growth.

• Own the full recruitment process, from intake to offer, across engineering, production, commercial and operations.
• Source candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter. Proactively build talent pipelines, including for hard-to-find technical talent.
• Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and keep hiring managers and candidates moving through the process.
• Work with hiring managers to clarify hiring needs, define profiles, advise on the market, and critically assess requirements where needed.
• Use recruitment data and market insights to improve sourcing and hiring decisions.
• Identify and implement improvements to our recruitment process, candidate experience and ways of working.
• Lead Talent Acquisition initiatives such as sourcing campaigns, employer branding, recruitment marketing and interview training.
• Explore new ways to attract talent and determine which channels and approaches work best for Tulip Tech.
• Represent Tulip Tech to candidates and externally through LinkedIn, events and other relevant channels.
