Torrero provides white-label casino, sportsbook, and B2B aggregation solutions for iGaming businesses. Its platform offers over 30,000 games from diverse providers, numerous sports events, payment options, and support for more than 35 languages.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing and candidate selection to extending job offers;
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across international and Russian-speaking job markets;
• Post vacancies on relevant local and international job boards;
• Conduct structured interviews and candidate assessments;
• Partner with Hiring Managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies;
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for key business areas;
• Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring processes;
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and strong employer branding.

• Fluent Russian and English, both spoken and written;
• 4+ Years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within IT, Fintech, or Digital Marketing;
• Ability to independently manage multiple vacancies simultaneously;
• Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, direct search, and networking;
• Experience with ATS software;
• High level of ownership, proactivity, and decision-making capability;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, scaling environment;
• Nice to have: experience recruiting for technical and digital roles.
