• Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition Tech & Business team across Tech, Data, Finance, People, and Commercial;
• Act as a senior talent advisor to leaders across the organisation;
• Anticipate talent needs and market risks before they surface;
• Design advanced sourcing strategies for hard-to-reach talent;
• Set and protect the hiring bar for critical roles;
• Influence and evolve hiring standards, processes, and guidelines;
• Strengthen recruiting operations and processes;
• Scale the TA function as the company grows.

• Experience in high-impact talent acquisition strategies;
• Exceptional sourcing, assessment, and calibration skills;
• Strong business acumen and comfort working with senior leaders;
• Ability to influence without authority;
• Systems mindset focused on improving the operating machine, not just individual output;
• Ability to pivot and adapt ways of working to achieve the best outcome in the quickest possible time;
• Proven track record of building pipelines for both active and passive candidates, building rapport, and closing offers;

• Ability to collect, analyse, and interpret data to measure the impact of hiring initiatives;
• Affinity with tools, including keeping the ATS updated and maintaining accurate data.
