• Lead, manage, and support recruitment teams across different locations and time zones;
• Oversee the full recruitment process from job opening to offer acceptance;
• Assign roles to recruiters, monitor progress, and ensure hiring goals are met;
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities;
• Review recruitment pipelines and help recruiters move candidates through the process efficiently;
• Improve recruiting workflows, communication, reporting, and team performance;
• Track hiring progress, open positions, time-to-fill, and recruiter productivity;
• Train, coach, and support recruiters to improve results and candidate quality;
• Ensure clear and professional communication with candidates, recruiters, and internal managers;
• Support international hiring needs and coordinate recruitment activity across multiple markets;
• Maintain accurate information in the ATS and ensure proper use of recruitment tools;
• Build strong sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and high-priority roles.

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing;
• Experience managing recruiters or recruitment teams;
• Experience working with international teams;
• Strong leadership, people management, and team coordination skills;
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and open roles at the same time;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Experience working with ATS systems;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines;
• English (fluent);
• Nice to have: Experience hiring white and blue collar roles, experience managing high-volume recruitment, experience improving recruitment processes and recruiter performance, experience working with remote or distributed teams, experience with Pinpoint ATS.
