требования
- Strong experience as a Lead Talent Acquisition;
- Proven track record hiring technical, sales, leadership, and non-tech roles;
- Experience leading and mentoring a TA team;
- Experience building and improving recruitment processes and hiring strategy;
- Strong stakeholder management skills;
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS;
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills;
- Experience working in fast-moving and partially unstructured environments;
- Understanding of AI tools and modern recruiting trends;
- Advanced+ English;
- Nice to have: Experience in RPA industry.
