задачи
- Lead and manage a recruiting team of 6 professionals;
- Drive the selection, development, and engagement of the Talent Acquisition Business Partner team;
- Build relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners;
- Ensure consistency in recruitment strategy and practices across the region in alignment with the Global Talent Acquisition Strategy;
- Identify, evaluate, and select productive recruitment channels and tools;
- Manage, mentor, coach, and develop team performance;
- Consult with hiring managers on recruitment and talent mobility best practices;
- Monitor, report, and drive talent acquisition metrics and performance;
- Conduct critical analyses using business-intelligence tools to ensure efficiency and effectiveness;
- Refine search delivery quality and diversity of candidate slates;
- Stay updated on industry best practices, employment trends, and legislation;
- Align regional and global processes and promote accountability of metrics;
- Prepare, communicate, and educate the organization on recruiting resources, systems, and procedures.
требования
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent;
- 8+ Years of work experience;
- Previous HR or role-related experience;
- Business-level English;
- Nice to have: 4+ years of business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or role-related experience.
