задачи
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Partners, owning their performance, growth, and development;
- Drive team delivery using pipeline, funnel, and output metrics to identify opportunities and implement changes;
- Build and maintain independent relationships with senior leaders and the Executive Leadership Team;
- Own the hiring plan for non-tech functions, ensuring roles are filled to standard and timelines are met;
- Drive the AI and automation agenda within the TA function to increase efficiency and improve experience;
- Manage a personal requisition load for complex or high-priority roles;
- Partner with the wider TA function and People Team to align work with the broader people agenda.
требования
- Proven experience leading and developing a TA team with a track record of improving performance and delivery;
- Direct experience hiring into Product or Analytics, or managing a team that does;
- Ability to use data as a management tool to drive specific outcomes;
- Experience operating independently with senior leaders and executives, including influencing decisions;
- Demonstrated commitment to developing people using structured growth frameworks;
- High resilience and a positive, adaptive mindset;
- Background in tech or fintech;
- Nice to have: Experience experimenting with AI and automation in recruitment.
условия
- Hybrid role with 2-3 days per week in the London office;
- Option to work from abroad for up to 120 days a year.
