задачи
- Drive end-to-end hiring strategy and execution for Technology, Product, Growth, Marketing, or Back-office departments;
- Lead intake meetings for complex and high-priority roles to align on scope, compensation, and timelines;
- Manage stakeholders by using data to justify hiring strategies;
- Escalate business misalignment early with proposed solutions;
- Translate company-level goals into weekly and monthly KPIs for recruiters;
- Conduct weekly 1:1s focused on delivery and professional coaching;
- Perform regular funnel reviews to identify systemic bottlenecks;
- Facilitate team retrospectives to refine sourcing and assessment techniques;
- Provide monthly and quarterly closing predictions;
- Monitor time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates, and funnel conversion;
- Ensure data hygiene in the ATS for real-time reporting;
- Manage and close 2–4 senior or complex roles directly;
- Support the team in high-stakes candidate negotiations.
требования
- 6+ Years in Talent Acquisition in technical or product companies;
- 2+ Years in a Lead or Supervisor role;
- Proven ability to navigate high-pressure environments and influence hiring managers;
- Ability to build reports, identify funnel gaps, and suggest data-driven improvements;
- Experience in developing recruiters through coaching on sourcing, outreach, and interviewing;
- Strong ownership mindset and high standards of quality and execution;
- Ability to stay effective in a fast-paced, changing environment;
- English (B2/Upper-Intermediate or higher);
- Russian (Native);
- Willingness to relocate to Cyprus.
