Are you passionate about talent selection and want to take your first steps in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition? At BDO, we are looking to bring on an intern eager to learn, develop their skills, and take part in recruitment processes in a professional, dynamic, and international environment.

• Take part in recruitment processes, from publishing job ads to identifying and evaluating candidates.
• Screen resumes and actively search for profiles through different channels and platforms.
• Assist with telephone and competency-based interviews.
• Manage and update the candidate database.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up on recruitment processes.
• Maintain close communication with candidates throughout the different stages of the process.
• Work with the team to identify and attract talent aligned with the needs of different business areas.

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Psychology, Labor Relations, Law, Business Administration, or a similar field.
• Interest in personnel selection, recruitment, and talent identification.
• Good communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
• Intermediate to advanced level of English.
