You will join the Talent Acquisition team as an intern, supporting recruitment processes for technical profiles for national and international engineering projects.

• You will participate in the end-to-end management of applications, supporting the publication and promotion of job openings, as well as the search for, identification and evaluation of professional profiles.
• You will also help with resume screening and interview coordination, maintaining contact with candidates and following up on the various recruitment processes alongside the team.
• You will also support administrative management and reporting tasks, contributing to the achievement of the department's objectives and gaining an overview of talent attraction processes at an international company.

• Students of Psychology, Labor Sciences, Labor Relations, Human Resources or related degrees.
• Ability to enter into an internship agreement with the university or educational institution.
• Minimum English level B2 (a language test will be administered).
