At Cellnex España, we are looking for an intern to join our Talent Acquisition & People Development team. As Europe’s leading operator of wireless telecommunications infrastructure, we connect millions of people every day through essential telecommunications infrastructure. You will have the opportunity to take part in projects with a real impact, collaborating on both recruitment processes and strategic initiatives to attract, develop and retain talent.

• You will collaborate on managing Ignition, our program for attracting, selecting, developing and assessing young talent.
• Organizing career fairs, workshops, masterclasses and other initiatives related to young talent.
• Collaborating on cross-functional projects in the Talent Acquisition & People Development area.

• Student in Business Administration and Management, Employment Relations, Human Resources or related studies.
• Interest in recruitment and talent attraction.
• Initiative, proactivity and a willingness to learn.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Availability to undertake an internship through a university agreement.
• Preferably available in the morning: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. (flexible).
