As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring the commercial talent that drives OLYX forward. As we continue to grow across biofuels, environmental commodities, and renewable energy, we are creating a dedicated, senior-level talent acquisition position to professionalise and scale our hiring activities with a strong emphasis on direct headhunting in our core markets.

In this role, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process for mid- to senior-level and C-level commercial and operational hires and act as a true talent partner to the business. You will build and maintain deep talent pipelines across the renewable energy and environmental commodities ecosystem, proactively mapping the market and engaging passive candidates who are not actively looking.

Working closely with the People & Culture Lead and the leadership team, you will translate hiring needs into effective sourcing strategies and help shape how OLYX is positioned as an employer of choice in our industry. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for the external search partners we collaborate with on specific mandates.

• Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a meaningful portion in direct search, headhunting, or executive search (in-house or agency)
• Demonstrable experience recruiting commercial profiles within biofuels, environmental commodities, renewable energy, commodities trading, or an adjacent industry.
• Experience leading or mentoring junior recruiters, or a clear ambition to step into a team lead role.
• An existing network within these sectors is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English.
• Skilled at assessing both competencies and cultural alignment for commercial, client-facing roles.
• Strong stakeholder management skills; comfortable advising and pushing back on senior hiring managers.
• Proactive, organised, and energised by a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Genuine interest in employer branding, inclusive hiring, and the energy transition.
