• Own full-cycle recruiting for the whole product team, including developers, game designers, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, product analysts, project managers, and a product manager;
• Source and engage passive candidates across different talent markets;
• Develop the interview process;
• Negotiate offers;
• Train hiring managers;
• Benchmark compensation against the market;
• Report hiring data to stakeholders.

• 4+ Years as a full-cycle recruiter in-house or in executive search;
• Experience hiring competitive, hard-to-find profiles where passive sourcing is the only option;
• Strong sourcing skills with Boolean search, X-ray, LinkedIn, GitHub, StackOverflow, and Habr;
• Comfortable working with data, tracking metrics, spotting patterns, and presenting findings clearly;
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher;
• Genuine interest in games.
