задачи
- Manage the full recruitment cycle.
- Oversee employee onboarding and adaptation.
- Maintain HR documentation in compliance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and work with the National Labor System (ЕНСТ).
- Develop HR processes and corporate culture.
требования
- 2–3 years of experience in HR.
- Excellent knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
- Experience in recruitment and HR administration.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Будет плюсом: Experience in IT/fintech is an advantage
