• Ensure preparation and configuration of the testing environment, including software, hardware, and network settings.
• Run test cases, record and report system performance under different conditions, and identify potential defects.
• Write detailed test cases based on requirement documents to ensure coverage of system functionalities and scenarios.
• Discover and report system defects, assisting the development team in tracking and resolving issues.
• Write test reports, summaries, and other relevant documents to document the testing process and results.
• Work closely with development and product teams to ensure alignment of testing activities with project timelines.
• Propose and drive improvements in testing processes and methods to enhance testing quality and efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Possess a certain level of software testing experience, familiarity with testing processes, and methodologies.
• Ability to understand and analyze required documents, and create detailed test cases.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with development and product teams, conveying test results and issues efficiently.
• Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues, with a sharp eye for detecting and analyzing system defects.
• Demonstrated ability for self-directed learning, staying updated on new technologies and methods in the testing domain.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team, exhibiting a team spirit and a proactive work attitude.
