• This full-time role includes managing local teams, setting and monitoring performance targets, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and relevant regulations.
• The Country Manager will develop and execute market entry and growth strategies, identify new business opportunities, and coordinate closely with headquarters to align regional activities with global objectives.
• Daily responsibilities also involve budgeting and forecasting, monitoring financial performance, preparing regular reports for senior leadership, and maintaining high standards of service delivery to clients.
• The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, representation of FCHAIN at meetings and industry events, and continuous optimization of processes to drive efficiency and profitability.

• Proven experience in country or regional management, with strong skills in leadership, team management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Solid background in finance, accounting, or professional services operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
• Demonstrated ability in business development, market analysis, and strategic planning for new and existing markets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to interact effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field.
• Ability to work on-site in Moscow City, Russia, with a proactive, analytical, and results-oriented approach.
