Freenow by Lyft provides a multi-mobility app across 9 European markets and more than 180 cities, offering access to taxis, private hire vehicles, carsharing, car rental, e-scooters, e-bikes, e-mopeds, and public transport. Freenow was acquired by Lyft in July 2025.

• Maximise customer value by defining and implementing lifecycle strategies that activate, engage, and retain users across 9 markets;
• Own the end-to-end automation creation process across email, push notifications, in-app, and SMS channels;
• Advise and coach junior team members on CRM for global and local initiatives;
• Optimise performance using behavioural data, design and analyse A/B tests, and reduce friction in the customer journey;
• Lead cross-functional projects including dashboard creation, lifecycle segmentation, process optimisation, and experimentation frameworks;
• Manage and optimise CRM automations aligned with lifecycle stages and business priorities;
• Identify business opportunities and develop them with Marketing, Product, local teams, and North American counterparts.

• 5+ Years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or customer engagement, ideally at a regional or global level;
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms;
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills;
• Ability to influence across teams, markets, levels, and time zones;
• Ability to prioritise and manage diverse initiatives in a fast-paced environment;
• Data-driven mindset using quantitative and qualitative insights to inform decisions;
• Excellent English communication skills;
• Nice to have: Braze experience, other European languages.
