Develop and optimize data-driven CRM strategies to improve customer retention, loyalty, and engagement throughout the customer lifecycle
Execute personalized multi-channel campaigns and customer journeys to improve the customer experience
Analyze customer data and behavior to develop audience segments and identify insights for tailored offers, campaigns, and promotions
Collaborate with other departments to align promotions and offers with business objectives
Track campaign KPIs, evaluate performance, and provide stakeholders with regular reports and insights on customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth
Monitor competitor activity to maintain compliance, apply best practices, and keep the brands competitive
Own customer engagement, retention, and reactivation strategies to maximize customer lifetime value
требования
Extensive hands-on experience managing CRM growth, retention, and player engagement across Spanish-speaking LATAM markets
Experience in the iGaming industry, with knowledge of player lifecycles, bonus mechanics, and loyalty programs
High-level proficiency in written and spoken English
Experience in a CRM management role with a results-driven approach focused on measurable business outcomes
General understanding of CRM systems and an analytical and technical mindset to interpret data and derive actionable insights for strategic decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, build relationships, and design targeted campaigns to maximize performance, revenue, and retention
