• Develop a global CRM strategy for all product verticals, including casino and sportsbook
• Lead personalization through segmentation, behavioral triggers, and predictive modeling
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, including engagement rates, conversion, and churn
• Mentor and guide CRM specialists and managers, fostering innovation and best practices
• Drive automation, testing, and optimization to improve CRM effectiveness and scalability
• Collaborate with product, marketing, BI, and other teams to align CRM initiatives with business goals
• Manage the CRM calendar to ensure timely, relevant, and compliant communications
• Design, execute, and optimize multichannel campaigns across email, SMS, push, and onsite messaging to increase engagement and retention

• 2+ Years of CRM experience, including experience in a senior or leadership role
• Knowledge of CRM tools and platforms such as FastTrack and Customer.io
• Deep understanding of player lifecycles, bonus mechanics, and gamification strategies
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Fluent in English
• Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills
• Proven track record of driving player retention, reactivation, and engagement
