• Lead one or more cross-functional teams to define and deliver a customer-focused product strategy;
• Build the product vision and strategy for the area, aligning it with Monzo’s goals and customer experience;
• Define the platform, capabilities and app structure needed to optimise in-app experience and engagement;
• Communicate the product vision and provide the right context to stakeholders;
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, research, marketing and other teams to create strategy and deliver products;
• Define, deliver and measure the impact of personalisation and discovery experiences;
• Set a high bar for impact and execution;
• Coordinate complex alignment across multiple cross-functional teams.

• Experienced product manager who has shipped world-class products at a fast-growing company;
• Experience launching a consumer product within an EU market;
• Data-driven approach and experience collaborating with machine learning experts or data scientists to define metrics, run experiments and deliver business impact;
• Ability to break down and solve complex problems systematically;
• Good judgement and a track record of making decisions in complex situations;
• Resilience and willingness to challenge the status quo and improve products;
• Ability to work effectively with engineering, design, data, user research, marketing, legal and compliance teams;
• Strong storytelling skills and ability to motivate and inspire people towards a common goal;
• Passion for creating customer value, not only achieving business results;
• Intellectual honesty about work performance and commitment to continuous improvement;
• Fast learner who is humble, curious and willing to share knowledge and experience.

• Base salary depends on experience and includes benefits;
• Learning budget of £1,000 a year for books, training courses and conferences;
• Flexible working hours;
• The role is available in Barcelona, Spain or London, UK;
