• Analyze production incidents, support cases, system metrics, and business data to identify and eliminate recurring high-impact problems;
• Identify technical weaknesses, operational inefficiencies, and product or technical debt, and quantify their cost;
• Establish a process for identifying, tracking, prioritizing, and resolving platform issues;
• Review partner integrations to find missed capabilities, underused features, and new connection opportunities;
• Identify opportunities to improve revenue, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction;
• Build and maintain a roadmap balancing reliability, technical investment, and business opportunities;
• Prioritize initiatives based on impact, urgency, engineering effort, and long-term value;
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Engineering, Support, Operations, Sales, Leadership, and external partners;
• Understand the platform’s critical business flows and technical and operational risks;
• Reduce the number and impact of recurring production and operational problems;
• Deliver visible business impact by fixing high-cost issues and shipping overlooked opportunities.

• 5+ Years in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or Engineering Management with end-to-end ownership;
• Experience with complex B2B SaaS platforms, marketplaces, or integration-heavy systems;
• Experience handling ambiguous problems without a predefined backlog or established process;
• Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, integrations, databases, background processes, and distributed systems;
• Ability to investigate production issues using logs, dashboards, SQL, monitoring tools, and technical documentation;
• Ability to quickly build a mental model of a complex existing system and identify its major risks;
• Strong technical product thinking and ability to read logs, dashboards, and SQL results;
• Structured problem-solving and ability to quantify the impact of technical and product problems;
• Strong prioritization and ability to keep teams focused on the most important work;
• Good business intuition and ability to identify revenue or retention problems behind technical issues;
• Ability to make decisions with incomplete information and adjust them as evidence changes;
• Nice to have: background as a team lead, solutions architect, or engineering manager; Hospitality Tech, Travel Tech, PMS, CRS, Channel Management, or OTA integration experience; experience with external technology partners and complex third-party integrations; experience improving operational and support processes; familiarity with AI-powered products and automation.
