• Define and drive the KYC & AML product strategy in line with business goals and regulatory obligations;
• Lead the rebuild of the onboarding flow for individuals and companies to reduce time-to-activation, improve document completion rates, and eliminate manual rework;
• Act as the internal product compliance expert and help other PMs understand regulatory constraints;
• Embed compliance-by-design across the product culture;
• Partner with compliance, KYC-OPS, and engineering to turn regulatory requirements into a single prioritised backlog;
• Define and track product metrics including time-to-activation, file completeness at KYC entry, cost per manual case, and straight-through processing rate;
• Support go-to-market teams with clear documentation and product launches, particularly for onboarding improvements;
• Evaluate and manage relationships with identity verification, monitoring, and compliance infrastructure vendors.

• 5+ Years of product management experience in fintech, payments, or regulated financial services;
• Working knowledge of KYC/AML regulatory frameworks, ideally including EU or UK regulations such as PSD2 or MiCA;
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, prioritised product decisions;
• Experience owning or rebuilding onboarding or identity verification flows with measurable outcomes;
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to define metrics and use data for prioritisation;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across compliance, operations, engineering, and business teams;
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort making infrastructure and vendor decisions independently;
• Nice to have: Experience managing a migration or integration at the infrastructure layer.
