BidSwitch is a trading operations and infrastructure optimization solution for the Real Time Bidding ecosystem and is part of Criteo’s product suite.

• Work on the BidSwitch offering and industry positioning, contributing to product-market fit;
• Lead the real-time aspect of the BidSwitch product portfolio, including industry development areas, RTB traffic and trading optimizations, and client-aligned improvements;
• Understand clients’ business and strategic needs through regular contact with key clients;
• Identify underserved areas where BidSwitch can create value, including integration and cooperation points with Criteo Commerce Media Platform products;
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to define required capabilities;
• Work closely with several R&D teams and oversee the delivery of features and initiatives;
• Build knowledge of BidSwitch architecture and capabilities, as well as other Criteo products;
• Work with Commercial and Product Marketing teams to ensure new features are understood and rolled out.

• Technical expertise, ideally with a software engineering background;
• Experience managing technical software products or features from kick-off to ship;
• A pragmatic approach to product and team success;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to articulate customer challenges precisely into specifications;
• Ability to digest partner specifications and transform them into conceptual models for BidSwitch features;
