Distribusion is a global ground transportation marketplace and B2B technology platform that connects bus, rail, and ferry operators in more than 70 countries with major online retailers. It provides travelers with online access to ground transportation, from search to ticket purchase.

• Own the product vision and roadmap for payments, checkout, fraud, and routing;
• Design scalable APIs and tools for internal teams and external merchants;
• Define KPIs and frameworks for PSP performance, fraud rates, and acceptance;
• Lead discovery and delivery in a high-volume, regulated transaction environment;
• Align commercial, technical, and financial stakeholders across markets;
• Turn payments into a growth driver by increasing acceptance, reducing fraud, and improving conversion;
• Define and track KPIs including fraud rates, PSP performance, and routing success;
• Drive business impact through higher acceptance rates, lower fraud, and improved conversion.

• Experience leading complex payment or fraud systems, ideally from scratch;
• Skills in routing efficiency, fraud mitigation, and conversion optimization;
• Hands-on experience with global PSPs such as Adyen, Stripe, and dLocal, and fraud tools such as Sift and Signifyd;
• Strong data skills, including defining, analyzing, and acting on key metrics;
• Technical fluency and ability to work with engineers on architecture and APIs;
• Experience aligning commercial, legal, compliance, and finance stakeholders;
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build clarity and momentum quickly;
• Nice to have: Experience with emerging markets or LATAM, smart routing, or scoring models.
