Vivira Health Lab provides digital movement therapy for musculoskeletal conditions through an app. Its permanently listed DiGA is included in the German BfArM reimbursement directory and can be prescribed by doctors in Germany with costs fully covered by statutory health insurance.

• Drive the development and expansion of the existing digital therapy offering;
• Improve support for patients and physicians in treating and reducing musculoskeletal pain;
• Own a central product or growth area across the patient, therapy, or practice journey;
• Balance medical relevance, technical feasibility, regulatory requirements, and commercial success;
• Conceive, validate, and prioritize new product and service ideas;
• Prepare product and service ideas for structured implementation;
• Expand the product and service portfolio;
• Strengthen long-term customer relationships and create lasting value beyond the therapy phase;
• Steer product development by impact and make data-driven decisions;
• Communicate with C-level, Engineering, Regulatory, and clinical stakeholders;
• Use AI in discovery, research, analysis, and prototyping.

• Several years of solid product management experience, typically 5+ years;
• Experience as a Senior, Lead, or Principal Product Manager or Product Owner;
• Independent ownership of a digital product area with demonstrated impact on user and business outcomes;
• Confident stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership;
• Strong empathy for the medical context;
• Proactive, solution-oriented, hands-on mindset;
• Ability to assess where AI accelerates product work and where human judgement remains essential;
• Excellent German and English at C1 or above;
• Nice to have: experience in Healthcare, Digital Health, HealthTech, MedTech, Pharma, Digital Therapeutics, or Clinical Software; direct DiGA experience; knowledge of the DiGA and MDR regulatory framework; experience working with physicians, practice teams, medical assistants, patients, or other healthcare stakeholders.
