The company offers tools for writing assistance, collaborative workspaces, inbox management, and proactive AI-driven task assistance to help users eliminate busywork and focus on essential tasks.

• Own and improve conversion across key stages of the user funnel, including visitor to signup, signup to activation, and activation to long-term engagement;
• Identify growth opportunities through quantitative analysis and qualitative research;
• Design and execute a rigorous experimentation program, including hypothesis formation, metric definition, testing, and iteration;
• Optimize onboarding, signup flows, landing pages, and in-product experiences to accelerate time-to-value;
• Collaborate with engineering to scope, build, and ship growth features;
• Partner with data science to build dashboards, define growth metrics, and analyze user behavior;
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and design teams to align initiatives with business goals;
• Share learnings and contribute to an experimentation culture across the organization.

• 5+ Years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on growth, funnel optimization, or experimentation in a consumer or SaaS product;
• Proven track record of improving growth metrics through experimentation;
• Strong analytical capabilities, including experience working with large datasets and using data to inform decisions;
• Deep understanding of user acquisition, activation, and conversion funnels;
• Experience running structured experimentation programs, including A/B testing;
• Effective collaboration skills with engineering, design, data science, and marketing partners;
• Clear communication skills for articulating strategy and results to technical and non-technical audiences;
• Ability to operate with ambiguity and manage priorities independently;
• Based in Berlin or another EU location supported by the company, with willingness to travel for off-sites;
• Nice to have: Proficiency with SQL or a similar query language.
