• Define and execute Data Hub's product strategy and roadmap in alignment with business goals and customer needs;
• Gather requirements from internal stakeholders and translate them into robust, scalable platform features across multiple data domains;
• Lead a Data Hub squad in partnership with the Engineering Manager by effectively prioritizing engineering work;
• Define and track key metrics to measure platform success and impact;
• Ensure continuous improvement, optimization, and transparency when managing expectations across globally distributed stakeholders;
• Drive the development and growth of a platform for creating and consuming data products at scale;
• Align with engineering and data teams on scalable features addressing critical business challenges.

• Proven track record as a Product Manager, ideally with experience in data platforms, data infrastructure, or complex SaaS environments;
• Experience managing complex data-driven products;
• Experience participating in technical discussions with engineers and non-technical stakeholders;
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical execution;
• Strong stakeholder management skills;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Proactive, intellectually curious, and self-driven approach;
• Ability to move quickly, deliver value, and use data-driven metrics to improve product delivery and platform performance.
