support engineer in payment processing

UZCARD is the leading national payment operator of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

• Monitor IT infrastructure, servers, databases, network equipment, and data center engineering systems 24/7 on a rotating shift basis;
• Process, log, and classify incidents;
• Escalate incidents to relevant IT departments in accordance with regulations;
• Monitor the status of servers, DBMS, network infrastructure, backup systems, and engineering systems;
• Perform initial diagnostics and recovery actions in accordance with approved procedures;
• Ensure SLA compliance and track incidents until resolution;
• Analyze monitoring results and propose improvements to monitoring processes and policies;
• Prepare reports on events and incidents.

• A bachelor’s degree or technical vocational degree in IT, telecommunications, or a related field;
• At least 6 months of work experience in IT;
• Basic knowledge of networking technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, routing, and switching;
• Understanding of Windows/Linux, DBMS (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MS SQL), and server and network equipment;
• Experience with monitoring systems (Zabbix, Grafana) and ITSM/ticket systems;
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to work rotating shifts;
• Knowledge of Uzbek, Russian, and technical English.

• Work on a rotating shift basis, 24/7.
