UZCARD is the national payment operator of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

• Collect, analyze, and formalize business and system requirements;
• Develop technical specifications, requirements documents, and technical documentation;
• Design integrations between information systems, REST/SOAP APIs, and data exchange formats;
• Model business and system processes using BPMN and UML;
• Design database structures and application architectures using C4;
• Break down requirements into development tasks and oversee their implementation;
• Collaborate with business clients, developers, and other project stakeholders;
• Support development, refine requirements, and verify that implemented functionality meets specifications;
• Ensure requirements quality, process transparency, and adherence to project deadlines.

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field;
• At least 3 years of experience in systems analysis;
• Experience independently gathering, analyzing, and formalizing requirements;
• Practical experience preparing technical specifications and technical documentation;
• Knowledge and practical application of BPMN, UML, use cases, and sequence diagrams;
• Knowledge of describing application architecture using C4;
• Experience designing integrations between information systems;
• Understanding of REST and SOAP APIs and JSON/XML data exchange formats;
• Understanding of database design principles and data structures;
• Skills in decomposing requirements and defining development tasks;
• Systematic thinking and ability to structure large volumes of information.
