• Analyze the Bank's operational functions, including credit administration, collateral valuation, client onboarding, and cross-border payment processing, using predictive analytics and workload forecasting to identify process delays and provide data-driven recommendations;
• Support the development and maintenance of real-time dashboards for KPIs, productivity, SLA compliance, and operational performance at departmental and individual levels;
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across operational datasets;
• Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to develop and integrate machine learning models into operational processes;
• Engage in initiatives to automate and streamline workflows;
• Translate analytical findings into actionable insights;
• Support the presentation of results to senior management;
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and process optimization initiatives.

• Educational background in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related quantitative field;
• Experience in operational analytics, data processing, BI, or process intelligence;
• Strong working knowledge of Excel;
• Understanding of data visualization principles and reporting best practices;
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality;
• Motivation to learn, grow, and develop in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment;
• Clear communication and effective collaboration skills;
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities;
• Proactive approach to problem-solving;
• Nice to have: knowledge of Power BI and SQL.
