задачи
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from clients and stakeholders
- Produce specifications, including BRDs, FRDs/SRS, user stories, and use cases
- Model business processes and workflows using BPMN and UML diagrams
- Bridge clients and development teams to ensure requirements are understood and delivered correctly
- Support project planning, scoping, and proposal preparation
- Coordinate UAT, validate delivered features against requirements, and manage change requests
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog with the team
требования
- 3–5+ Years of experience as an IT or Business Analyst on software projects
- Strong requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation skills
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (Agile/Scrum)
- Experience with BPMN, UML, and diagramming tools such as Draw.io, Visio, and Figma
- Working knowledge of SQL and ability to understand APIs and system integrations
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- Azerbaijani and English proficiency
- Будет плюсом: Experience on government or large enterprise projects, familiarity with microservices or distributed systems concepts, BA certification (IIBA, ECBA/CCBA)
