Business intelligence manager in credit operations

In the Credit Operations division of Bank of Georgia, we are looking for a Business Intelligence Manager.

• Provide analytical support for processes, analyze operational metrics, and identify key trends
• Create and maintain periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and automated dashboards tailored to the division’s needs using Power BI
• Analyze business process efficiency, SLA performance timelines, and delays
• Initiate data-driven changes to optimize processes
• Find required information in databases and develop SQL queries and procedures
• Participate in developing bonus schemes for the division, monitor them, and ensure calculations in coordination with relevant departments (HR / Finance)
• Prepare and present regular reports to management on operational results and changes
• Participate in implementing analytical models
• Perform tasks assigned by the direct supervisor as needed

• Bachelor’s degree or a student in the final year of study (preferred fields: mathematics, economics, business administration, information technology)
• At least 1 year of experience in data analytics, data processing, or BI
• Experience working with databases (SQL)
• Practical experience creating dashboards and producing reports in Power BI
• Practical knowledge of SQL
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
• English language proficiency of at least B1 level
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Teamwork and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively on tasks under tight deadlines and make quick decisions
