• Handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
• Prioritize and organize tasks to maximize productivity and deliver high-quality work on time
• Understand project scope, goals, product functionality, and desired features
• Provide technical guidance and support to less experienced team members
• Follow technical instructions

• Strong analytical skills, including tracing figures in reports back to their source and explaining them
• Excellent organizational skills
• Solid understanding of data warehouse concepts, including dimensional modeling, fact and dimension tables, SCD2, ETL/ELT, and data lineage
• Strong understanding of banking products and their accounting, including deposits, loans, guarantees, securities, FX, and general ledger
• Ability to draft clear written documentation, including mapping tables, process descriptions, and gap analysis
• 2+ Years of experience in a similar role
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field
• Strong understanding of relational database concepts and data modeling
• Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, packages, procedures, functions, and performance tuning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Enjoyment of learning new technologies and putting them into practice
• Communicative, flexible, team-oriented, quick to learn, proactive, creative, and analytical
• Ability to work directly with end users and business leaders to gather requirements
• Ability to solve problems and troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively
• Clear and concise writing skills and effective communication in Georgian and English
