• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements;
• Handle first-level queries from the business team, analyze them and collaborate with project teams to ensure software solutions meet business requirements and objectives;
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization in data management workflow;
• Foster teamwork among team members and stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle;
• Work closely with developers, engineers and data architects to translate business requirements into technical specifications ensuring the delivery of high-quality and impactful data solutions;
• Utilize knowledge of Agile methodology to drive iterative development and continuous improvement.

• Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Medicine, Pharmacy or professional experience in similar domains, including Clinical trials, Drug Discovery, R&D;
• 3+ Years of work experience in BA or similar roles;
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative;
• Proficient in understanding and addressing client needs;
• Capable of managing relationships with stakeholders;
• English language proficiency at C1 level or above;
• Friendly demeanor with the ability to engage in casual conversation;
• Good interpersonal communication skills.
