The partner company develops software solutions for the financial technology sector, serving businesses across a rapidly evolving digital ecosystem. It focuses on product innovation, business process optimization, and software integrations.

• Conduct detailed business analysis to support the development and enhancement of digital products and fintech solutions;
• Gather, analyze, prioritize, and document business and product requirements from stakeholders, clients, and focus groups;
• Develop user stories, use cases, functional specifications, process flows, and technical documentation;
• Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to identify product improvement opportunities;
• Collaborate with development, product, sales, operations, and engineering teams to support product delivery and feature implementation;
• Support third-party API and SDK integrations by coordinating with technical teams throughout implementation;
• Participate in solution testing, troubleshooting, product launches, and post-deployment monitoring;
• Prepare integration guides, user manuals, training materials, and knowledge-sharing documentation;
• Deliver product demonstrations to internal and external stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field;
• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or in a similar product-focused role;
• Experience in B2B and/or B2C software environments, preferably within fintech or SaaS;
• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, requirements gathering, project management principles, and Agile frameworks;
• Experience creating user stories, process diagrams, wireframes, mockups, and functional specifications using Jira, Confluence, Miro, UML, and Figma;
• Working knowledge of SQL and basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;
• Experience supporting API integrations and collaborating with technical teams on complex software implementations;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences;
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote, collaborative environment;
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency or higher;
• Nice to have: Experience in fintech or SaaS.
