Ardshinbank operates in the finance, banking, and insurance industry.
задачи
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document CRM/BPM requirements for core banking services, including loans, deposits, and cards;
- Refactor and streamline existing business processes for critical banking operations;
- Define and map end-to-end business workflows for loan initiation, deposit management, and card issuance and servicing;
- Evaluate and recommend CRM/BPM solutions to improve operational efficiency and customer engagement;
- Lead the end-to-end implementation and enhancement of CRM/BPM platforms;
- Ensure seamless integration with banking systems and compliance with industry regulations;
- Conduct gap analysis to identify inefficiencies in current processes and recommend solutions tailored to banking workflows;
- Create and maintain documentation for business processes, functional requirements, and system workflows;
- Collaborate with IT teams on secure and accurate data migration and system integration for banking product modules;
- Provide training and support to end-users to improve CRM/BPM adoption and streamline business processes;
- Monitor CRM/BPM performance metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
требования
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a technical field;
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the FinTech sector;
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, product development, and communication skills;
- Familiarity with banking products, processes, and compliance requirements;
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
- Good working knowledge of English and Russian;
- Nice to have: Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
