Sales support specialist in renewable energy

We are PHOTOMATE, an international distributor and provider of comprehensive services and solutions in the renewable energy sector. We specialize in solar inverters, battery energy storage systems, and related technologies, supporting our partners in delivering reliable and sustainable energy solutions.

• Prepare commercial offers, check pricing, product availability, and delivery timelines.
• Handle inquiries, follow up on quotations, and provide order updates.
• Manage orders, sales documentation, and deliveries from start to finish.
• Cooperate with logistics, finance, and technical teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate customer, order, and project records.
• Prepare sales reports, monitor outstanding orders, and support payment follow-ups.

• At least 3 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Administration, or a similar role, preferably in renewable energy, technical products, or a related industry.
• Fluent Georgian
• English at B2 level or higher
• Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with CRM or ERP systems; SAP S/4HANA is an advantage.
• A proactive, independent, and customer-oriented approach.

• Salary: GEL 1,500–2,000, depending on experience.
