Small business banker

The Small Business Sales Department of JSC Bank of Georgia is announcing a vacancy for the position of Senior Small Business Banker in Tbilisi.

• Plan and conduct visits to customers, introduce them to existing business credit products and services.
• Identify customer needs, offer a suitable credit product and explain its benefits.
• Study and analyze the customer’s business activities and financial situation.
• Prepare a credit application and present it to the committee.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers and provide consultation when needed.

• Higher education, preferably in finance, banking, economics, or business administration.
• At least 2 years of experience in business lending.
• Fluent Georgian; conversational English is preferred.
• Well-developed negotiation and sales skills.
• A high level of responsibility, strong work motivation, and initiative.
• Organizational skills, including the ability to plan, set work goals appropriately, and manage time.
• Logical and analytical thinking.
• Professional knowledge of office computer programs.
• Customer service skills: politeness, friendliness, and willingness to help.

• Full-time work schedule (Monday–Friday, 10:00–19:00) and a fixed salary plus a monthly bonus.
