Business development manager

TBC Asset Management is the leading asset management company in Georgia and a subsidiary of TBC Bank Group PLC, listed on the London Stock Exchange and a constituent of the FTSE 250. We are a team of around ten people running a multi-strategy fund platform for Georgian and international investors. We focus on delivering strong returns to our customers through alternative investment opportunities.

• Research of new product ideas — market sizing, competitor analysis, fee structures, assessment of potential demand.
• Support of product structuring — financial modelling, scenario analysis, development of product parameters.
• Preparation of documentation for approval with the National Bank of Georgia and internal functions (Legal, Risk, Compliance, Operations), and coordination of that communication.
• Preparation of offering documentation (presentations, marketing materials).
• Monitoring of launched products — assets raised, investor numbers, channel performance.
• Participation in key initiatives — maintenance of workplans, deadline tracking, coordination between contributing teams.
• Preparation of project materials, presentations, and status reports for management and the board.
• Operational communication with distribution channels and internal parties.
• Regular monitoring of AUM dynamics, sales plan delivery, and channel effectiveness.
• Day-to-day support of sales channels — materials, product training, response to queries.

• Higher education in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years in the financial sector — asset management, brokerage, investment research (equity or fixed income), investment banking, corporate finance, or audit.
• Good understanding of investment instruments and fund mechanics.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Clear written business communication in Georgian and English.
• Experience preparing presentations and informational materials.
• Ability to run several projects in parallel and meet deadlines.
