• Oversee daily store operations, manage and train the sales team, and ensure an exceptional, luxury-grade customer experience;
• Identify, network, and establish strong partnerships with top interior designers, architects, premium real estate developers, and corporate clients;
• Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute exclusive in-store events, product showcases, and activations to boost brand visibility;
• Drive monthly/quarterly targets for revenue, margins, and conversion rates;
• Use CRM tools for data analysis and forecasting.

• Proven experience in B2C/B2B sales, showroom management, or business development;
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken);
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics;
• Nice to have: experience within the premium or luxury segment, existing network and strong connections within Tbilisi's architecture and interior design community.
