• Develop sales through existing customers and acquire new business opportunities;
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with distributors, wholesalers, installers, and key customers;
• Conduct product presentations and trainings, and provide technical and commercial support;
• Assess local market conditions and identify growth opportunities;
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs;
• Achieve commercial targets in line with company strategy and annual business plans;
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professional relationship management;
• Share market insights, business opportunities, and best practices with regional teams and headquarters;
• Represent and strengthen the FERRO Group brand in the Serbian market.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development;
• Experience in plumbing is mandatory;
• Proven track record in customer relationship management, contract negotiations, and achieving sales targets;
• Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills;
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities;
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook);
• Good English level (minimum B1);
• Driving license category B;
• Availability for frequent travel across Serbia;
• Nice to have: Higher education in a Technical field, Business, Economics, Marketing, or related area.
