• Recruit, onboard, and coach GTMEs who balance technical depth with consultative selling;
• Build scalable enablement systems and foster a culture of curiosity and impact;
• Design frameworks, discovery methodologies, demo structures, and qualification criteria for the GTME playbook;
• Balance playbook rigor with the flexibility required to solve unique challenges;
• Partner with Sales leadership, Product, and Customer Success;
• Synthesize patterns from complex deals and translate them into actionable product feedback;
• Ensure the team has the enablement and tools needed to win.

• At least 6 years of experience leading high-performing AEs, Solutions Engineers, Sales Engineers, or similar customer-facing teams;
• Experience executing deals in Mid-Market/Enterprise B2B sales cycles;
• Ability to navigate technical objections and win enterprise deals;
• Ability to coach in the moment, stay close to deals, and build scalable structure without limiting creativity;
• Passion for building systems and GTM Automation.
