The company operates an online bank and fintech team that provides digital banking, payment, and financial solutions for corporate clients.

• Identify and acquire new corporate clients through outbound sales, referrals, networking, partnerships, and other channels;
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly and annual sales targets;
• Conduct prospecting through cold calls, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and industry events;
• Understand clients' business, financial needs, and payment requirements;
• Present and promote the Bank's products and services;
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing;
• Coordinate the client onboarding process with Compliance, KYC/AML, Operations, and Account Management teams;
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities;
• Develop relationships with business owners, CFOs, finance directors, and other senior decision-makers;
• Maintain accurate information about leads, opportunities, and activities in the CRM;
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and new opportunities in fintech, banking, and payments;
• Represent the Bank at conferences, networking events, and business meetings.

• 2+ Years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Banking, Fintech, or Payments;
• Proven track record of achieving sales or revenue targets;
• Experience with corporate clients, SMEs, or international businesses;
• Strong understanding of banking, payments, fintech, or financial services;
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset;
• Excellent English communication skills;
• Experience working with CRM systems.
