Ripple builds crypto solutions for financial institutions, businesses, governments, and developers, aiming to improve the global financial system and create greater economic fairness and opportunity.

• Demonstrate knowledge of Ripple products, including Custody, Stablecoin, and Payments, and communicate their value to Financial Institutions and Crypto-Natives
• Generate leads and secure sales bookings for Ripple products to achieve assigned sales quotas
• Develop strategic plans and account tactics, guided by management, to nurture leads and build relationships within assigned territories and accounts
• Conduct client site visits, deliver sales presentations, and demonstrate products to prospective clients
• Guide leads through the sales process, including prospect qualification, needs assessment, solution presentation, and deal closure
• Maintain accurate daily sales pipeline forecasts and provide timely, detailed reports on sales activities and outcomes

• French speaking is a must
• 8+ Years of experience in a consultative sales role in the technology and/or Financial Services industry
• 3+ Years of experience in the Digital Assets and/or payments industry or a related field
• Proven track record of successful sales to Crypto-Natives and FinTechs
• Extensive relationships and strong knowledge within the Financial Services and Digital Asset industry in Europe
• Ability and desire to manage a territory independently
• Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative approach
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce and other relevant industry tools
