The company supports business development and commercial growth within the European aviation MRO market, including Line and Base Maintenance services.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the European aviation MRO market;
• Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers;
• Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and business development activities;
• Understand customer maintenance requirements and work with internal teams to develop appropriate commercial solutions;
• Identify market opportunities and contribute to the company's commercial growth strategy;
• Represent the company during client meetings, industry events, and conferences;
• Support the continued development and expansion of the company's Line and Base Maintenance business.

• Previous professional experience within an Aviation MRO or aircraft maintenance environment;
• Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, Commercial Management, or a similar client-facing role;
• Strong understanding of Line Maintenance and/or Base Maintenance operations and the wider MRO market;
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship-management skills;
• Ability to work independently within a fully remote and international environment;
• Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly for business purposes;
• European passport;
• English at minimum B2 level.

• Regular business travel is required.
