The platform connects passengers with mobility services, while its dispatch and fleet management software helps taxi companies reduce operating costs and manage their businesses sustainably.

• Acquire small and medium-sized taxi companies, contact them, travel to meet them, and present the dispatch tool
• Drive the transition of traditional vehicle fleets into modern, connected Freenow partners
• Help business owners, fleet owners, and senior dispatchers overcome concerns about operational change
• Gather partner feedback on the software and work directly with product and strategy teams to develop the best solution

• 3–5 Years of experience in B2B business development, sales, or account management
• A track record of managing a B2B pipeline and handling customer objections
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships
• Ability to understand partners’ business processes in depth and guide new partners through change and adoption of the software and new workflows
• Willingness to travel for a significant part of working time, up to 40–50%
• Fluent German and English
