Sales manager for digital services

Citycom is the first Georgian digital space for neighborhoods, caring for simplicity and transparency in neighborhood life since 2017. It is a kind of “digital piggy bank” where you can track your neighborhood’s income and expenses, hire service providers, make automatic transfers, and bring neighbors together in one space. We are looking for a results-oriented and experienced Senior Sales Manager to coordinate the sales team, manage daily processes, and identify new opportunities. The role includes operational involvement, ensuring targets are met, and supporting the team.

• Manage the sales team’s daily activities, assign tasks, and monitor results.
• Establish communication with customers by phone and in person, and present the company’s services and products.
• Conduct off-site meetings, neighborhood assemblies, and presentations, and organize surveys when needed, door-to-door or online.
• Manage sales processes, information flows, and data records using a CRM system.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal departments.

• Higher education (preferably in business, marketing, or communications).
• At least 2 years of experience in sales.
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
• Analytical thinking and a results-oriented mindset.
• Organization and time management skills.

• Working hours: 10:00–18:00, with Saturday and Sunday off.
• Fixed salary and bonus system (total compensation of 3000+).
• One additional day off per quarter.
