• Prospect, engage, travel and pitch the Dispatch tool to SMB taxi companies;
• Guide fleet owners and head dispatchers through operational change;
• Gather on-the-ground feedback about the software;
• Collaborate directly with Product and Strategy teams to co-build the solution.

• 3–5 Years of experience in B2B Business Development, Sales, or Account Executive roles;
• Proven track record of managing a B2B pipeline and handling objections;
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships;
• Ability to understand how a partner’s business operates procedurally;
• Ability to guide new partners through software and daily routine adoption;
• Comfortable traveling for up to 40–50% of the time;
• Fluent in German and English;
• Nice to have: Background in mobility, logistics, or selling SaaS to SMBs.
